any idea why the video stutters on my samsung smart tv ? is it the codec ?
Just saw you comment today while looking for a UHD Top Gun.
I struggled with that problem for a while and found that Samsung smart TVs struggle if an MKV container has a lot of subtitle tracks.
remuxing the video with less sub tracks works for me so might be the way to go for you too.
