It seems the REPACK was to remove one of the Chinese audio tracks (Mandarin) which was “unnecessary” as many prefer Mandarin to Cantonese (and many actors were dubbed into Cantonese anyway because they only spoke Mandarin. So the original release is perfectly fine.
