.NOTES
This encode is based on the Italian AVC BD, which is
the Roadshow Version of the Kingdom of Heaven Director's Cut
with Overture and Entr'act intact (5min longer playtime).

ITA contained italian titles, so I used the JAP MPEG-2
source to correct such scenes with overlay, color matching,
and debanding on the opening scene.
Overall, the different scenes required different adjustments.
JAP transfer is the same MPEG-2 as the US/GER and contained
hardsubs, which were not present in the ITA.
ITA is a better source, especially in dark/fade areas.

ITA audio was really disappointing, with a frequency range
maxing at 17kHz!!! While the JAP/GER audio reaching a full
range of 24kHz. So someone made me a nice hybrid audio from
both sources that synchronizes perfectly, by pasting the
Overture and Entr'Act into the 24kHz audio.
